That Bites!

We all know of a kid that does it and we all hope our kid isn't that kid. Well Sammy is. She is the Biter in nursery. She was kicked out of nursery Sunday for biting the kids! I didn't ask but I think that means more than one kid. I was so embarrassed. Sammy started crying and saying she wanted to go back to nursery. She said, "I want to tell Evan I'm sorry!" She's been in trouble enough to know that saying sorry is how you make things better. I guess that's good. After church we made cookies and took them to Evan's house so she could tell him sorry. This biting thing has been a problem for a long time. She even bit me 2 days ago! We've tried a lot of things but we can't get her to stop. Help! Does anyone have any tips?

Parker was a biter, the doctor told us to bite him back, so we did and believe it our not it worked. I felt horrible but sometimes you just do what you have to.

I took a sneak peak of your blog off of Shannon's-hope you don't mind. I am laughing at the biting incident, and secretly hoping Lincoln does not become one. I don't have any suggestions, but good luck figuring it out!

Elisa - the cookies were delicious. And Evan has forgotten all about the bite. So no worries on this end. I do have to agree with what Shannon said though. When my twin and I were little, she liked to bite and I liked to pinch. So one day my Mom had us do the opposite to each other and we never pinched or bit again. I'm anxious to hear how it goes though if you do decide to bite her :). Don't worry, we won't report you :)
